Dunkin allows you to merge all your balances to one primary card. I purchased 3 (total 6 cards 3*25+5) added one by one to dunkins account and merged to one single primary card.

It did not process the order with a Proton email address. Changed to an Outlook email address and went right thru. Weird.

That's sounds like your bank denying (blocking) the transaction issue when they flag it as a potential fraud.
