I still have a few months left on my malwarebytes premium account. Can I buy another license and have it stack? Or can I just wait until mine expires and then apply the new one?

The only difference (unless bundled with other items specifically) is that Family Pack supports more devices (15).

To extend your subscription, it has to be the exact same one. If you already have Family Pack and add Internet Security, you will have two concurrent subscriptions.
