Just a heads up for those who order.

I got this for about $234 (with $40 KC) last month when it was priced higher but I had a 40% coupon. If you're looking for accessories, Kohl's does sell / has sold them, even though they're not available now. I was able to order the stand [kohls.com], the pizza peel [kohls.com], and the cover [kohls.com] for this item while they were in stock, and at great prices given that coupons apply for Ninja products. They aren't really discounted elsewhere, that I was able to find. Anyway just something to ponder if you buy and are willing to be patient in getting some accessories. These items don't seem to show up from searching for them while they're not in stock.

I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. Sadly I have no feedback. Life has been a little too busy of late.

I've only used it a handful of times in the month that I've had it and my family and I are huge fans. So far I've smoked tri-tip, brisket, tomahawk ribeye, and baby back ribs and they have come out delicious even when sometimes cooked over the target temps.

I have never smoked anything before and this makes it so easy to achieve tasty results. I would strongly recommend getting a wireless meat probe so that you can track the meat's temperature as you cook. The provided cookbook gives guides on all sorts of cooking methods and foods but I was late in taking some meats out because they cooked faster than I thought. Still, the results were very good.

Also it says that only Ninja wood pellets are compatible but their pellets are made by Bear Mountain. I picked up a big Bear Mountain bag on sale from Lowe's and they seem the same. I only need a big handful each time I smoke so it seems to use pellets efficiently. But I've never used a conventional smoker so I wouldn't know for sure.

Doing it all in the oven is best: Start with a 2 hour 300F roast, single layer roughly chopped up in oil with spices, oranges, onions.

After that, chop dice and and broil for burnt edges. yummy

Honestly whichever is cheaper at the time. My cousin has the oven, I have the grill. Both seem to do the same thing except he can make a pizza, but never has.

Only major consideration is the size. The over is larger, but you also make taller things in it.

I bought the stand through kohls using the Kohl's cash I got for buying the machine, so the whole thing for under $300. It works well and is easy to use. It gets up to 700 degrees and makes beautiful Napoli style pizza in 3 minutes once preheated. It includes a heavy nice roasting pan and the pizza stone. I plan to use it for sourdough and other baking needs during summer months when I don't want to overheat the whole house.

The stand is very good. The pizza peel is annoying, I quickly switched to a cheap wood one to avoid the dough sticking.

Oh and kohls said it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive, but both orders arrived 2 days after placing them.

Note: it does smoke still (electric but burning real pellets), and it says to keep 3 feet clearance 8n all directions while using. Oh and you will need to buy a specific heavy type water and oil proof extension cord, which was around $20 on Amazon.

You know that a lot of pizza ovens are electric? And that you can add wood to this?

Is the outer shell of the oven plastic, aluminum, or other material?
