I am not going to buy anything before year end. Too many old laptops already.
Unless there is a crazy deal before year end, I won't buy another laptop.
(Currently there are 7 old laptops that are working fine. They are for testing purposes)
I might get another laptop for the next test.

OP deal is superior in that the cpu is the latest generation, but IMO I don't think this matters much for standard desktop usage.
Cons for both (I presume) is that there is keyboard flex in the middle/anterior region. Surprised to find the inspirons are made of plastic, I didn't know that.
