Just be aware that after it fails about 2 years after purchasing, Dyson will go out of their way to make you not buy one of their products again.

Garbage product. Doesn't heat well, doesn't blow well, and doesn't purify well. The only thing it does well is to combine 3 appliances into one. Otherwise, individual heaters, fans, and purifiers perform much better.

The one on eBay has a 2 year warranty whereas the one on Dyson direct has a 6 month. Went with the Dyson direct one though due to 20% cash back from the other site as mentioned by others.

I bought a very similar model to this one, failed right after the 2 year warranty. Wouldn't get it again, too expensive for what it does.

Purifier is on all the time and you are getting the purified cool air/warm air out of the vents.

I got the recent costco deal and debating if I want to return it.. it is really mediocre cooling warming and purifying.

At speed 10 it doesn't match my 10year old fan from walmart for cooling, heating is pretty lukewarm by the time air gets to me it is barely warm not to mention that I can't control heating via wifi (ul safety only can operate with physical remote).

I have one and it heats up my entire living room + kitchen with vaulted ceiling without a problem. Voice commands don't let you control the heater (because of US laws) which is a bummer but I can turn it off via voice command. It autodetects air quality and will increase circulation if you've set it in auto mode. I've purchased 2, both refurbs. One is 8 months old the other is 2 months old. No problem thus far.

I bought one. Out of box failure. Same day it arrived I called them, hassle to return.
