Has anybody actually picked this thing up yet and can provide any commentary? Not a whole lot of actual hands on out there on this model. This seems to be the BF special of the "thin" version that's out there.

Trying to compare to this deal - I think the newer processor might be worth the extra $70 thoughts?

Just picked this laptop up and was able to use this $25 off $100 coupon at checkout, sweetening the deal even more and bringing the total down to $775 before taxes!

Just curious but if you add 32gb ram to it, would this be faster or slower than a dell xps 15 9520 with i7-12700h processor, 3050 nvidia and 1tb same ssd?

Also, is the battery of this laptop even though it's a ryzen going to be better than a dell xps 15 9520 with an i7-12700h? Thing that is confusing is people say lenovo legions are gaming laptops so battery will always be bad but the xps isn't considered a gaming laptop even if it has a 3050? The thing is the xps has a 86wh battery so this one has 60wh only so does that mean if you are only web browsing or playing a long youtube video, the dell xps will last longer than this lenovo legion or not? Now if this had a 80wh battery, then the legion will have nlonger battery than the dell xps?

How is this compared to Alienware m16 i7 rtx 4070? Price wise legion is half of it. Any suggestions?

I can surely mail it back to her and let her return it for me, but the cost for shipping a laptop still hurts, especially considering for many other retailers I can have a "real" free return.
You may try "https://www.shipmentsfree.com/" . See if there is a free membership. It pops up after every order at bestbuy and kohls.

Yep, they increased the price by $100. I went to see this in the store on Wednesday and it said $799 until Dec 3. I thought I'd wait a few days to see if any other gaming laptop deals come before pulling the trigger and now I regret it.

Thanks for letting me know. I was able to pick one up at my local store today.

Edit: The table tag said the sale price was good until Dec 2 or 3.

This would be really nice with 32GB. It only has two slots, so the 16gb would have to be replaced.

New stock at micro center in Tustin. I'm actually here as we speak so I can confirm! Better come now this will sell out. As of now 25 in stock.. it doesn't have same build as the legion 5 pro but it's a little lighter. Screen brightness isn't that good but should suffice if you game indoors.

Also, for those interested in price. It's $799 not $899 I just talked to one of the workers at micro in Tustin
