20ft+ is going to be tough to do for any camera, you'll need favorable light conditions, camera positioning, and the right type of camera. Check Ipcamtalk, they have a bunch of guides. I'm not an expert myself, just been reading a lot because I'm in the market myself.
edit: some brands that are highly rated:
AXIS, Ubiquity, Hikvision, Dahua, and Hanwha.
If you're dead set on reolink, ill warn you, their night time motion recording is dog ***t. the new CX410 is decent, but still suffers from motion ghosting.
both Hikvision and Dahua are chinese and best bang for your buck. however, i refuse to give Chinese camera manufacturers any money for their shady security history, and their involvement with the Uyghur genocide. Hanwha is a Korean company, and I've been looking into that brand.
