I wish the music packs for Beat Saber would drop…
Thrill of the Fight will give you a good cardio workout.

I'd love a game like Halo. Looks like the Guardians game doesn't have an actual campaign.
Into the Radius is a FPS too.
Both are very well reviewed. I own both, on Steam, but I haven't even played them. I have a Mt. Everest of backlogged games - probably 4 lifetimes worth. lol
Is it worth rebuying games I already have on steam?

But given that, what's the best way to reduce lag
I have a ubiquiti edge router with 5ghz access points in the house. All computers are hard wired through switches.
Should I add a ubiquiti 6e access point? Is it worth upgrading the router to a 2.5 instead of gigabit? Is there some better way to do this such as something connected to the computer used?

Go in understanding what this game is. A vr movie with minimal game play and a dojo to train in that has no bearing on the main quest.
All 3 episodes are maybe 30 minutes MAX. Most of that is spent watching a video. Granted a visually amazing, vr video, but a video nonetheless.
For me the second episode was probably the most disappointing. The highlight of it is fighting a rancor, which was completely awesome. The battle lasted maybe 5 minutes. Like I said earlier, the entire episode was 30 minutes and besides the rancor the only other battle in that one was against a few guard droids. I dare say under 10 minutes of actual game play. This was made worse because i was stuck trying to get off a ladder for probably the same amount of time as the fighting. The climbing mechanism is clunky and wouldnt allow me ro fully climb. Completely frustrating.
There's no exploring, no side quests (on the main campaign), nothing. You can do the dojo, which is somewhat fun, but I found the tutorials to be inadequate. They taught me how to block (very oversimplified, hold the light Saber to one side instead of up and at and angle like you'd expect). I'd do this and still be hit. I rage quit after this happening far too many times.
If you could buy this for under $10 it might be worth it. I'd definitely pick it up for 5. Anything more than 10 and I'd pass personally. If you don't mind that it's more movie than game, then buy it. Just know what you're in for at the start.

I can make it such that an access point is in the same room and I could make it dedicated.
Which is better air-link or virtual desktop?
I have t purchased yet but want a good experience

I think Virtual Desktop is best, but some people have no issues with Airlink. Since it's on sale, I would personally recommend picking it up.
