The Member's Mark branded nasal strips at Sam's Club work pretty well, and they're a little cheaper at $9.42 for a box of 44:

Just buy medical tape at any pharmacy. It's meant to hold down non adhesive bandages like gauze or nonstick pads, so it's ok to use on skin.

Have y'all experienced sulphuric burps? It's like farting through your mouth. I love these things even though they end up in my sheets by the morning.
Random and off-topic, but I had those sulphuric burps a few times as an adult (mid-early 20s). They were also accompanied by pink vomit. Everything I ate came back up with pink vomit. It was horrific, but all it took to cure was a dose or two of pepto bismal (sp?). I didn't discover this until it happened a second time, but it was like a miracle. It went away so quickly and so completely.

Yes, I've done it for a few years. I have a beard too, although I trim mine to keep hair off my lips (which does give a small amount of bare skin for tape to stick to).
I have tried "official" products for this, first some things I saw on Shark Tank that were crazy expensive (and didn't work very well), then some cheaper X shaped bandage things I found on eBay, which don't work so well with a beard. In the end, what I've found to both work best AND be the cheapest option is 1/2" 3M Micropore surgical tape. I buy it 12 or 24 rolls at a time off Amazon, each roll lasts about a month when doing 3 vertical strips across my mouth every night.

The easiest way to cover the mouth all night is buy using this band aid called PATCH. You have a precise measurement every night and you can peel it back if you need to drink some water.

That's the 1 inch version of the tape, so you probably won't need 3 strips. Like anything, you'll have to experiment with what tape pattern works best for you. You may want some kind of tape dispenser with a cutting edge to speed up making your strips every night.
