Excellent deal for a high end pre-build. Don't about the K vs. KF - 99% of us won't need to troubleshoot a faulty gpu. Add on extended warranty, which bestbuy is pretty good at upholding, and you're worry free.

Only pain point with the KF is that if you were considering intel over AMD because of quick sync for plex / etc then KF won't have quick sync because it doesn't have gpu.

Man I just bought this and I feel sick. I'm so excited, but it's also the most I've ever spent on a PC. But my 1080Ti and 7700U just weren't doing it anymore.

Urgh. Oof. Excitement. Fear. Excitement. Fear.

I've heard quite a few people recommend BestBuy's extended warranty. Is that just the 3 year Geek Squad protection for $330?

Right there with you. Replacing a 5 year old pc. First pre built computer I've bought since 1998 lol.

Placed an order for one when this deal first hit a few days ago...but BB screwed up my shipping address so FedEx couldn't deliver after three attempts. BB couldn't even get Fedex to correct the address in time, so it went back to CyberPower. And now it's out of stock so I can't order again...

What does everyone do with old rigs as you upgrade?

This is my dilemma. My system I've been running since about 2015! It's a i7-3200k with a 1070gpu and about 32gb of RAM. It's been a power rig for me over and has done well but I've noticed it has been underperforming in some games like COD:MW 2. I wanted to get into Starfield I could barely run it. So I figured it was time.

I'm probably going to pass this down to my wife and strip the video card from it (it has onboard video). And then use that 1070gpu and build a i5 or amd PC for my nephew's. I definitely need to come up with a gameplan.

I wouldn't raid, just get the Samsung 990 and use the one it comes with as a 2nd drive to put random files and docs on.

Hi. I don't know much about computers (which is why I'm buying a prebuilt 😂). I was doing some research and read that the Intel Core i9-13900KF runs very hot. Will it be a problem in this prebuilt? That's making me worry right now.
