Otherwise I'd jump on the Monoprice one for $689, especially if they have any coupons out right now.

For reference I had a tilted 43" above and below my main 43" and they are imho too tall. The top one is too high to see (I switched it out for a super ultrawide 49 and it's fine for peripheral windows like Outlook Calendar, Microsoft ToDo, and Slack). The bottom one works well enough but it either goes too low if it's not tilted enough, or when tilted enough to be usable it's too deep so it pushes the main monitor too far away and you need a deep desk (or super skinny desk just holding a keyboard and mouse in my case). All IMHO.
EDIT: I just realized this is curved which may cause a problem with tilt alignment. Darn. Now I'm going into a rabbit hole of looking up flat 40" monitors. 🤣

LG versions work great on the Mac mini via DisplayPort or Thunderbolt, both on intel last gen and m1/m2. Refresh rate might be 50hz or 72 hz at 5k2k but not noticeable and no issues. For an arm, you are at the limit of the standard ergotron/amazon basics arm, might need to step up to the HX arm

This claims to be nano IPS, which is LG panel (I believe).

Looks like a great alternative to the LG 40WP95C-W which is one of the best workspace monitors on the market right now.
