Beats it handily 1440p and slightly 4k. The drives improved even more since then. Also another little known fact is if you go all amd for cpu/gpu, you can see a 8-15% increase in fps.
Most of the other videos I watched on the matter, show something similar or the 3090 and 6950 going back and forth depending on the game, but more often than not, 6950's had a greater difference.
The benchmarks I've seen on the 4070 ti vs 6950 is it performes a little better at 1440 or the same, sometimes the 6950 is better, and about the same at 4k or marginally better for the 6950. Its really the lack of 16gb for the 4070ti that is the issue. If it had 16, Id say hands down worthwhile.
