    Was able to replicate, but not through S&S.

    Added to normal cart. Went to checkout. Had the -$19.98 (coupon). Then at checkout there was an option to sign up for S&S:

    Clip the coupon on this link (15% or 25% off) exit out & then go back to original deal. That's how I was able to replicate.
