The one Walmart has is Sony's flagship tv, which means it's the best they offered last year. This is their entry level OLED TV. Honestly I haven't heard of this model prior to today.
I will suggest getting the master series from Walmart compared to this one
This just seems to be a fairly normal price for the tv. I'm sure OP will enjoy it, but would think waiting a few hours to see if the price hits new lows would make sense.
Thanks. Upon further inspection this A75L seems to be the same as the A80L minus some features. It has inferior speakers to the A80 and something to do with the stand not being adjustable. Other than that it is the same panel so for anyone looking into this check out the reviews for the A80L as there are plenty compared to only a few for the A75. And unfortunately that Walmart sale on the other Sony OLED is expired. I'll have to deep dive on some Yoututbe videos and forums to see if this is worth it now that I know this is basically an A80L model rebranded.

good find, a quality soundbar can resolve poor sound concern very easily. if the panel and the processor is same, then this is a good deal.

No it's not the fairly normal price. I've been following it for a while and it's not going to get any cheaper. It's the newest release from Sony.

I agree. The A90J launched in 2021. It's a Master Series OLED, and it features a glossy panel. The non A90J, 83" A80L, and A95K/A95L use a semi gloss or semi matte screen which don't look as good as the glossy panel OLEDs. Get the A90J for $1398. It's a much better deal.

if you are willing to get 55 inch get the best buy a95k. just bought it and am so happy
I have a Sony A90J and it's a great TV, and likely similar to the A75L shown here. However, I would caution anyone considering this deal that you will be dropping $1500 on aging tech.
For the first time in a decade OLED has made huge improvements with QD-OLED and MLA. I bought an LG G3 when the BF pricing dropped and it simply blows the A90J away. The improvement is not trivial.
The Samsung S90C is only $100 more and will provide a significantly better picture. If you're concerned about Samsung quality and reliability it's likely LG and Sony will start trickling down the new tech into their mid-level models in 2024.

We don't know whether it won't or will go down in price.
What we do know is it has been this price off and on for the last month as seen on this page if you're browsing it on your desktop.

Walmart has Master series.
A90 > A80 > A75.
A90 has best sound quality, higher brightness and best processor.
Isn't the Walmart deal expired?
