this is only for platinum or diamond members, which I believe means you have been a customer for at least 8 years

I was a platinum member, but moved to a new house and started flex as a new customer, but didn't get peacock free because I am not in the premium tiers of service length

Peacock Premium is great imo. Movies usually let you watch a 5 minute block of ads before viewing uninterrupted

I find the ad breaks very short compared to cable viewing also. Let's say a bravo show runs an hour on cable - that's 40 minutes of show plus 20 minutes of commercials, Peacock only shows about 4 minutes of ads

Peacock is a pretty good service. The ads are not that long. And movies do not have ads in the movie (Only about 180 seconds worth before the movie).

I use it for the movies. I'm not really an NBC TV series guy.

But for 4K Dolby Vision/Atmos movies, $20 for a year (or $14 after other discounts) is a steal.

Only subscribing because there is going to be an NFL game around Christmas ONLY on Peacock as well as 1 NFL wildcard game on Peacock....how the NFL has allowed this to happen is beyond me. Also the Summer Olympics are next year and Peacock should let you see pretty much every event

If it hasn't been mentioned- I was successful in activating the free year with Spectrum, and I don't even pay for their full cable service. I pay for 15 streaming only channels, and this worked. I kind of expected to maybe only get the 90 day, but I got the year. Will use mainly for EPL. Thanks to whoever mentioned the spectrum hookup!!
