Some states charge tax on streaming services, so if you're setting up a virtual credit card number, take that into account when setting the daily spend limit for it.

data point - i can confirm that this works with the amex platinum $20/month ($240/yr) entertainment credit benefit. i paid 19.99 for the yearly plan on 11/22 and got 19.99 credit on 11/23

I was a platinum member, but moved to a new house and started flex as a new customer, but didn't get peacock free because I am not in the premium tiers of service length
I find the ad breaks very short compared to cable viewing also. Let's say a bravo show runs an hour on cable - that's 40 minutes of show plus 20 minutes of commercials, Peacock only shows about 4 minutes of ads

I use it for the movies. I'm not really an NBC TV series guy.
But for 4K Dolby Vision/Atmos movies, $20 for a year (or $14 after other discounts) is a steal.
Plus they have Hallmark Channel Christmas Movies for the season.
$14.01 for a year for me as I took advantage of the AMEX offer.
I think I only got peacock in the past to watch a season of Yellowstone and watched some of La Brea but my sub ended at the time and never finished it.
Twisted Metal is also good.
Edit: Like other subscriptions, some movies in theaters also appear on peacock.

No, cable sucks.
And I basically just go from free to free streaming app, I don't watch much. I just want to watch something from time to time so I just go with free or near free. (AMEX helps alot with that)
Plus Xfinity is pure evil to deal with.
