bgg often rate very complicated games very highly. and this is one of them, not a lot of enjoyment will be had due to constant grind in the game.it is not fun sadly.

I love dungeon board games, the two reviews I just watched said it was slow and grindy at first though. Also a bit repetitive. People I play with will probably lose their attention.

lol, feel bad for anyone that paid KS prices when this campaign was live. Steamforged is a very mid BGC and has yet to make anything on the level of CMON or Awakened Realms. Recommend just buying anything from those companies instead.

Sounds like unless you want the miniatures this isn't worth the buy. A repetitive grindy game that takes 3+ hours (and God knows how much setup and teardown time), no thanks.

This applies to a ton of modern board games. A lot of them are neither fun nor really competitive either; they basically boil down to being 'group activities'. With half these games it barely matters what you do and you'll end up within 5 points of everyone else. It's like 4 people sitting there doing shared sudoku.
