what's the value in paying $2029.00 for this?
I wouldn't buy gold now though. I tend not to buy things at (or close to) their historical high. GLD is easier to trade. Gold bars are something you hold on for decades or as reserve for emergencies, e.g. on the run as a fugitive

All of the "we buy gold" places look extremely sketchy to me, and it also seems risky to mail gold to an online service.
Another stupid question: The Citi Costco Card offers 2% cash back at Costco, and an executive membership also offers 2% cash back for a total of 4% cash back. If I use another Visa card that offers more than 2% cash back at warehouse stores, does that higher percentage cash back still combine with the executive membership bonus, or does the executive membership bonus only occur when also using the Citi Costco card?

Suprisingly, coin dealers will usually offer much better pricing.
Other options are face-to-face sales via FB marketplace (recommend you meet in police station parking lots or similar to transact) or the /pmsforsale subreddit where the custom is that buyers pay first and you ship your precious metals to them after receiving payment.

Finally unloaded a bunch of bars from previous orders. Truly a wonderful experience. Truly!
