Many TSA lines have the ID-scanning machines now, eliminating the need for presenting a boarding pass. All I have to do is present my ID to the TSA agent and go. No need for the Iris or fingerprint scan, and especially those unnecessary "random" ID checks!!

As for it being a week since and not getting the voucher yet, I recall it taking longer than that for those who did the deal last month.
I also don't have a ton of use for uber credit other than overpriced junk food!
Because this is for new users, is it possible to create another CLEAR account using my sapphire card just to get the Uber credit? 🤔🥴😅

There are a lot of people in churning that have all four of those cards (and sometimes multiples of the same card, ie 10 Biz Plats is not unusual) and no one has reported being able to get multiple Uber vouchers though.... doesn't mean its not possible, just haven't heard it yet.

Because it's not really free when Amex raises the annual fee on the cards that offer Clear to help offset the cost. At most it's a discount on the full price.
As others have said, there was a time Clear was useful but now it's not so much. If you are going to pay to save time in the security line, go for TSA Pre or Global Entry instead. That's the biggest time saver and it's available in every airport.

There's literally posts just a few above yours saying otherwise, by people who found it faster, so weird claim.
Further, if precheck is closed (which it sometimes is) it's always faster to use CLEAR on a non-precheck line than not have CLEAR.
A deal that if you have a card that pays for clear costs you zero dollars but gains you a $75 uber credit even if you never actually use clear at all is an awful deal?
Again, weird take.
