I have a 2018 vehicle equipped with XM. My radio is not activated. I even called in to see if there was something I was doing wrong. "You need to turn on the radio and turn to channel 6." I told this guy 500 times there is no way to change to channel 6. The dial goes 0-1-0-1-0, and even when I switch it to manual selection, the only numbers that are not greyed out are 0 and 1. They also refused to send a refresh signal to my radio. But they did push a paid subscription at the end of every sentence.

This is just another case of XM trolling listeners to get them to sign up for a paid subscription. And this is exactly why I no longer am a subscriber. Too much headache, not enough enjoyment.

Facebook Group: Deep Tracks Official Fan Group (Ch 27) are staging a mass exodus from S/XM after management moved Deep Tracks off Ch 27 to 308. Most don't have car radios that go up that high. The fans have complained, but management is non responsive. The controversy has gotten so loud that Rolling Stone Magazine even wrote an article about it. I am debating whether I will renew my sub that expired last month.

I listen online through CarPlay but through the radio is easier. This will make today's trip a little easier.
