Unfortunately Amazon won't price match to even their own prices that were from the past, you Will have to buy it again and just return the old one. While it seems crazy for Amazon, they take the chance that people won't go through the hassle. But for $300, it's probably worth your time imo

amazon might charge you a restocking fee if you return it. i had to pay a fee last time i returned something that big. it doesn't say "free returns" anywhere on the product page, so i assume there's a fee

My LG semi crapped out on me too. Some burn in and a line down the middle of the screen. I'd bite on the G3 for a few hundred dollars more than this with its 5 year warranty. I don't feel like rolling the dice with lg on a 1 year warranty for $2200

FYI for anyone who purchased this from Best Buy recently like me, Best Buy is not price matching even their qualified competitors from November 17 to the 27th. They will only price match themselves during that period of time. Just tried via chat.

I want to buy an 85" TV. The X90L is in mt price range. X95L is also good but is out of my price range by over a grand. I can't justify 20% brightness. I thought of samsung S90c but the 85" uses oled LG panels stead of QD OLED. This defeats the whole purpose.
