I absolutely love it. I've had mine for a year. I think it does an amazing job and also cooks faster than my regular oven, especially on air roast. Of the toaster ovens I've used, it's by far and away the best. While I've had it a year, I don't use it as often as the average family would, so I can't entirely speak to durability.

Picked up a slightly different model (same size and a few more buttons) from amazon earlier this week. Like it very well. Ours included a meat thermostat. I posted about the model and one from QVC.
