Shame on you slickdeals. I posted my honest insight into this versus the competition and you either take it down, or allow whoever is shilling this product to take it down.

These aren't that great, premium price and they are outperformed by certain cheaper brands that are tested and proven better by that youtuber who tests all the things.

As others have mentioned, not a great deal. Best to do some research as there are cheaper and better options.

lol. Maybe I do. I was surprised myself that I was able to help strangers. The last time was at a Monata gas station when I was pulling in my Uhaul. An old lexus could not start when stopped to get gas. A pick up truck driver was trying to jump start the Lexus with a cable but could not work. So I offered to use mine.

I used it mostly on my old cars due to bad batttery (or bad habit not turning off the lights)

Do you guys recommend the 600 peak one with inflator from harbor freight. 600 seems pretty low or is it trash and will break after few months..thanks. link for reference https://www.harborfreight.com/col...58978.html
No 600 is not enough especially in the cold. I have an old urlhasbeenblocked 600a jump starter that completely failed to jump car. My 2000a had no problem.

yep. at a minimum need at least 2000A. if I lived somewhere that snowed and got below freezing, I would get the GXP155 4250A without hesitation. Yeah, it's pricey but what's your safety worth in bad weather? If AAA service vehicles use this model what does that tell you?

Super easy to use. My boyfriend got me this. This is a life saver, especially if you are a girl or stranded somewhere where there aren't people who have jumping cables. Charged using a basic micro USB cable and holds enough charge for multiple use. You just attach the black and red cables, press on and start your car.

safe and very effective, glad I got one over a year ago. Also used in power outage with USB. Older folks who don't drive a lot often have weak car batteries even worse in winter. I probably should replace my 20yo battery but bought this NOCO instead for those few times I need a jump.

I have no idea if this will help anyone, but I have a different version of this, the NOCO Boost HD GB70 2000A, and it has saved my ass more times that I can count. I have a pretty old car from the 90s, and this thing makes it not as stressful to drive. I know that you can definitely get cheaper models that do similar things; but I have no regrets about this model. It's worked every time I've needed it. I know it's a stopgap until I can afford a new car, but it makes my life less stressful

How does this compare to the Type-S jump starters Costco sells?

Really? Funny considering the Noco's made his top 10 products of 2023.
Funny considering this exact model is one of the worst jumpers he's tested

$45 Black Friday deal on thic model:
https://www.amazon.com/GOOLOO-Sta...9hdGY&th=1 [amazon.com]
If it all matters, Amazon description may be off. It says 2000 peak amp, BUT GooLoo website says 1200 peak AMP plus the model number says GE1200 which probably means 1200 amp

You can get a the GOOLOO GP2000 for $49.99 with the $10 off coupon.

https://www.amazon.com/GOOLOO-GP2...B0C5M36W2G

To me the GooLoo is a much better deal. ProjectFarms had positive reviews for both brands, althought different models.

When comparing the Gooloo to this product.

Gooloo has USB-C, versus this with Micro-USB
Gooloo has 2000A Peak, versus 1000A
Gooloo has a 30 Month Warranty, versus 12 months
Gooloo states they can jump 9.0 L gas engine/ 7.0 L diesel engine, versus 6.0 L gas engine/ 3.0 L diesel engine
Gooloo has a 400 lumen light, versus 100 lume

It's also lighter at 1.39 lbs, versus 2.45 lb.

Edit: You can save an extra ~2 dollars if you buy the yellow one with the 20 percent off coupon clipped

The ratings are nearly useless on these packs. Actuality is about 300A.

Type S 15000 only has 700A, for about the same price at $140 you're better off getting the NOCO GBX55 rated at 1750A, more than twice the jump start current

I charge mine every couple months to have it ready, and even then it still has power left after sitting couple months unused, but just to make sure it topped off. Get about 8 to 10 jumps before need recharge if commonly used. Charging it just like charging a cell phone. Plug it in and few hours charged
Is it good idea to leave it in the car and connected to USB port for charging every time car is running?
