After hearing numerous reviews about how quickly this breaks I went with the Toto. Dead easy install and very nice
second this. Had this exact bio bidet, painful to install, and something easily break here and there. Finally had it and switched to Toto last month when they were on sale.
Any recommendations on one that doesn't require electricity? I apparently live in the dark ages and none of our five bathrooms have a GFCI outlet anywhere near the toilet.

Luxe 320 plus or Luze 185 plus, just make sure you get the newer PLUS version. The 320 has warm water option if you have a sink nearby to run the line. If you don't need warm water or no sink nearby then go with 185+. I personally don't need warm water, cold water hitting me down there is actually kind of refreshing.

Do you have any outlet near the toilet? A single GFCI can protect more than one circuit, if they're connected. Or you can change it out, it's pretty much the easiest type of electrical work you can do.
We have one bio bidet and one brondell for 5 years. Both from costco and both worked well without issue. I have no experience with other brands, so I don't know what I missed. But what I got is certainly still working very well.

I replaced the light switch with a switch/ outlet combo. There are gfci ones.

The previous owner must have preferred privacy, as all the toilets are all in their own little room within the bathrooms (I call them pooping closets). There are GFCI outlets by the sinks, but that would involve running an extension cord a significant distance and they are on a wall completely opposite so would have to go across the walking area and under a door. There aren't any outlets nearby on a shared wall unfortunately.
