This is what works; avoid Amazon at all costs, who stubbornly start the subscription time at the moment of purchase, ignoring any overlap of remaining months.

Yes, that's also my point about the difference between this and Amazon. Newegg doesn't manage the subscription, just sends you over to Adobe with a key code for their own system.

Explain please ? I have a cc sub that ending in December. I would like to extend it or get Lightroom classic ( which I've used for a decade and this cc has removed a lot of the features ) from December to December

Note: I just purchased the student edition and added it to the student Adobe subscription I started a week a go and it increased the duration of my subscription for an additional year without any additional verification required.

I am convinced I sold our house in a day because of traffic generated by using Lightroom to greatly improve photos off iPhone. You can do so much with lighting, but also does a lot to improve wide angle shots and remove funky curves and angles and remove that narrow, long distortion.

Lightroom CC is great for hobbyists and personal use. LrC is clunky yesteryear software for pros who are used to the crowded, convoluted interface. You can do 90% of what you need in Lightroom CC plus edit anywhere on your tablet and phone. This comes with 1TB of cloud is more than enough for most folks.

LrC is not better than CC. It's different software for different folks.
