Kirby and the Forgotten Land, digital download for Nintendo Switch at Walmart for $39, lowest price since launch, anywhere that I am aware of. Only exceptions have been wildcards like QVC discounts but never direct from a retailer.

Also when you redeem this at Nintendo you get the full 5% gold coin reward (as if it was a MSRP purchase).

Not as good because buying direct at Nintendo you get Gold Coins based on the $42 price instead of full redemption of MSRP value of $60 when buying at Walmart for the discounted $39 price.

So if you buy at Walmart you save money on the price of the game AND you get more Gold Coins when you redeem the game code in your Switch.

I almost bought direct at Nintendo until I found the Walmart sale.

For whatever reason every time I try to make this purchase, Walmart cancels it, flags my account for "unusual activity" and resets my password without my consent.

I called customer service and they told me to wait 5 hours for the restriction on my account to be removed.

I made a new account due to the bullshit response above and the new account did the same thing.
