If you've got Greenworks stuff, sure.
Most folks stick with one product line to simplify using batteries. I already have quite a collection of 24v and 40v batteries for Kobalt
Greenworks makes, or at least, made the Kobalt 80v tools. I have both, and there are several YouTube videos on modifying the batteries or machines, take your pick. I believe Greenworks changes its models more often.
I believe I have the Greenworks version of the blower and it's excellent. There is a later model, with the metal rimmed blowing end, and it's even stronger. They all are power hogs, and the way the battery is at the end they balance nicely. I.would warn that the battery can get hot running continuously, so feel it and switch out batteries if necessary giving the other one a chance to cool down if you it is getting hot and you don't want a short lived battery.
There are several 80v/18 in Greenworks chainsaw models over the years, and while mine is plenty strong, it's much more nose heavy than I like. It may just be how you use a chainsaw, but I have a bad back and the the way you use a chainsaw, and the battery position, males it nose heavy. I wouldn't want to use a 5ah battery like that, but if your back.is good and you're healthy, go for it. I'm fine with the 2ah packs for these, accepting they drain pretty quickly. It will leak chain oil in storage if its not upright.
I've been waiting for this to go on sale. Thanks The battery alone makes this worth the deal if you already have the kobalt 40 volt system. My electric provider offers a rebate on this also.
