Seems good for a 4070.

It has a very solid disaplay, going over 500-nits and pretty fast response time, good cooling and pretty solid battery life. Another advantage is it has USB4 port which Lenovo, Dell and HP have stopped supplying in their AMD based gaming laptops.
I'm more so worried about the Nitro not being sold directly by walmart. I tend to avoid resellers

Refurb, 2 year warranty. 3070ti = 4070 and it was $945 after tax for me. Save a couple hundred for similar performance.
