Ordered refurb s7 maxv ultra during last sale.
First one looked new and had 20 hours. But it had a brush error and wouldn't work.
Second one looked used and had 1 hour so I imagine they replaced something in it. But it was missing the mop module. It took them a week to send out the mop module. Once it installed, found out it was missing the water filter so the mop wouldn't fill automatically.
It took over a month and their best recourse after dealing with the extremely frustrating Ebay roborock support was a 40 refund.
Roborock_ebay would only reply at 0200 so you would lose a day if you had any issue with them. And they ask for you to upload pictures and video of any issue you have.
Be aware that if you get a lemon, it requires work and time on your part.
The vacuum, when it worked, was amazing. The object detection is impressive.

Not same price range but the Dreame L20 directly from their website with coupon is a pretty good deal. The L20 is pretty impressive.

Anyone have thoughts on if the S5+ is worth $100 more than the Eufy L50?

The L50 has 4000pa vs S5+ 2700pa but that spec could be misleading?
Battery life/size on the S5+ is better
I am assuming the app/software and customer support is better with Roborock

Currently have the L50 (Paid $190) but can do an easy return...

S7 MaxV Ultra has removable mopping module, larger onboard water tank, uses less water, less wet floor, bigger mop pad so it gets closer to the baseboards, much better object avoidance, RGB camera allowing you to view/talk. It needs to switch ends to wash mop vs recharge/dust empty. Doesn't come with mop dryer, so $50 extra at AliE. (Note: mop dryer only dries the mop pad).

The Revo has a larger water tank in the dock to compensate for the fact that it uses more water, wetter floor (not necessarily a bad thing, just preferences.) Small onboard tank means it needs to return to dock to refill more often. It doesn't need to reverse to wash mop. Simple mop washing station, means easier maintenance. No RGB camera so worse object avoidance. If you have pets, avoid the Revo because it will drag poo everywhere. 2 spinning mop pads don't get as close to baseboard. 6000mPa suction power (real world tests very similar to S7MaxV's 5500mPa). Built-in mop dryer dries mop pads AND mop washing station.
