Yes. I'm 230lbs and I found one of these to be enough calories for lunch and get me to dinner. I have switched to huel, because these got pretty pricey, but they are a solid choice for a liquid meal.

I think that is their goal, didn't realize that and found they are high in carbs. Was not obvious to me, thought they were like other premixed protein drinks, but these are full meal (with carbs) replacements.

To me the soy flavor comes through too heavily but some of my friends dont mind it. Buy one at a gas station to try it before buying 12.

These are good, better than other non-dairy protein shakes on the market, flavor-wise and nutrition-wise. They give you quite a bit of gas though lol but I guess that's true of any protein shake.

Recipe I invented for a super-duper delicious (and very filling meal):
  • One Soylent (many flavors will work)
  • A bunch of ice
  • Half a banana
  • Tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Tablespoon of flaxseed
  • Tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (but beware: this packs a caffeine punch!)
Throw in a blender. Enjoy! And yes, all those ingredients (except the Soylent itself) are of course optional Smilie

This is seriously tastier than almost any ice cream milkshake I've had and obviously a lot healthier.
