300W proprietary PSU is the major deficit in the spec sheet.
Purchased this GPU last night on a whim, I didn't know intel was released its own card recently.
Appears there is a lot of confusion on the internet for its requirements with wild power min recommends starting anywhere from 450W and needs an 8pin connector.
HOWEVER, this specific ELF card seems PERFECT for the desktop application and I found one thread claiming 300W was the min. requirement.

I won't know for sure until next week when Sparkle GPU and extra 8GB RAM stick arrive.
As others have stated, the ASRock A380s are also $99, so this isn't really a slick deal. But any of the A380s are probably the best new GPU you can get for under $100.
That said, an RX6600 is not that much more money in the scheme of things. Best GPU with respect to performance, cost, and power consumption. If any of those 3 don't matter, then sure, you can find something better.
But you do need a full/mid size case. I impulse bought an ASRock A380 because I was curious just how good or bad the Intel cards really are. And I have a WFH PC that's a slim profile, proprietary PSU design. Hopefully, it blows my existing RX560 away, and unlike AMD, the drivers are stable. (And yes, my drivers are up-to-date. And yes, I provided a mini dump to AMD with a call stack proving it was crashing in atioglxx.dll). I'ts something about Windows Remote Desktop. Never had recurring problems outside of AMD running Windows Remote Desktop. But bus powered GPU options are fairly limited. So, what can you do?

SFF generally requires a low profile card. See if you can handle a dual slot GPU.

Not great for gaming but your limited by power and size. So might be the best you can hope for. Should be ok for 1080 if you lower some settings.
Make sure to update the MBs Bios Firmware to the newest version before installing.
