I have this one but in the white/beige color combo. I've had it for about 2 years now and still going strong after hundreds of uses. No issues with it except for the wireless charging port which is on and off. But i dont really care about that feature anyways. The massage itself is great. It's a bit strong in the foot area but that's not necessarily a bad thing if you like stronger pressure. I also think the air pressure a bit excessive in the shoulder area. It's got a zero gravity option and bluetooth connectivity so you can connect your phone or tv or whatever and the sound comes out really well. It also has a usb port for another charging option for your phone. It also has a phone mount so you can enjoy content on your phone hands free. Or you can just mount the remote control to it. There are multiple preset settings you can choose from and you can change the intensity and the positioning of the rollers. There is a also a command center on the left side of the arm if you want to change the settings with that instead of the remote control. In terms of noise, i think it's relatively quiet. The air pressure is a bit loud when it pumps air into the air cushions but i dont mind it much. The one thing I dont like about this chair is there are lights on each side of the chair and randomly change colors and there is no option to turn it off. it can be annoying if using this at night and others are trying to sleep. My temporary solution is to just cover it with a piece of paper but it looks tacky. Overall I recommend this chair. It's built very well and is super comfortable. At this price point, i'd jump on it as comparable chairs of this level are probably around $5K - $6K at minimum.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: I also want to add that I'm 6 ft tall and it's plenty big for me. I'd say it could probably be comfortable for someone maybe up to 6 ft 4 in tall. It's plenty wide as well so I think it could accommodate a heavier set individual.

I bought the osaki 4d vera last week from costco for 3500 as was on sale $1500 below the 5k msrp. Can anyone comment if this is better than that. I really prefer costco for warranty reasons etc.

There's a setting the "Settings" to turn off lights.

Clearaancechair exists and doesn't seem to be a scam. Called osaki titan and they confirmed that is their official overstock site for clearance on overstock of chairs. For what it's worth, they followed through and delivered a new unit.
