My first order of two gift cards with the Citi Costco credit card got cancelled. I placed another order with the same card about twenty minutes later and it looks like it went through. CS said randomly a lot of transactions being canceled and the ones that go through may take 24 hours to receive the gift card codes. Two hours have passed since my approved order and no codes yet.

Maybe BF shopping is overwhelming the CC transaction processing. I have several orders getting canceled because they couldn't process my CC while other goes through just fine on the same CC. Some of the orders I re-order and they went through fine. But some of the cancelled orders, I decided it was a good thing the order didn't go through and did not re-order.

I believe the fandango GCs need to total over $500. Southwest GCs are not applicable

Not sure if the discount deal (over $500) is valid any more. I had some stuff in my cart last night, went to checkout today and no discount. Checking again using 3 nintendo GC directly from the link and no discount even though the total is well over $500.

Tried buying with the freedom flex for the 5% in points. I get a purchase confirmation then 10 minutes later get an email saying purchase was cancelled. Anyone else getting this? Last time I checked Costco.com still accepts Mastercard.
