These may potentially change your fit. Wider stance. And your shoe may interfere with the pod. Wish I saw this sooner tho. Just ordered a crank based meter.

Ugh thats the exact reason I decided to skip on these. Look up pedal Q factor. If you are going with crank based meters; stages and 4iii are having their own BF deals right now.

thumbs up for a cycling deal. I like my Faveros. Easy to swap to another bike which you can't do with a dedicated power crank. Cleats last longer than my regular looks and they hold a charge a long time.

The standard pedals or are you referring to the Shi only?

Deciding if this or Garmin RS100

The price of this is very tempting duo vs uno (RS100)

Gotta be SHI - look compatible are the same q factor as normal look pedals...

Also, have had these for about 4 years and they've been rock solid, no chance of my shoe interfering with the pod.

I was actually taking about the keo ones. It's 1mm wider Q factor than my keo 2 max. You technically can move your cleat outwards to compensate but then it's pushing it closer to the pod. I didn't want to risk this considering I probably can't return it to Italy easily.

I just ordered the 4iiii precision 3+ factory install for 295 out the door. It's nice that it comes with a built in air tag.

Whoa, I didn't realize power cranks got so cheap, I swear last I looked in like 2018 they were $500.

I don't have a Shimano crank so I'm not eligible right now, is there any fear about upgrading your bike in the future and the crank being moot? Guess that's my biggest concern is if I got a R7000 and then got SRAM eTap or Shimano 8200 or something new. With pedals there wouldn't be that concern but obviously is more expensive now

That was a big concern for me as well. But in figured that if I ever got a new bike, it's highly likely that it will come with a power meter next time around. I also feel that I will be keeping this bike for a while. And also at 295 out the door, I can recoupe most of my money reselling it so it won't be that big of a loss.

Another consideration is I'm on Ultegra R8100. I was thinking what if I upgrade to Dura Ace cranks? I'll deal with it if the time comes 😜

This deal isn't actually much cheaper all year round from Lordgun. I've been debating for a while. Money wasn't really the concern. The weight weenie in me didn't like the weight of those pedals. I felt like those may be quality power meter, stuck to some entry level pedal body. Just my opinion. I have no basis of saying they are entry level.
