Killer deal on the Citrix 350 reel. It's $98 with left hand retrieve. It's basically the power of a small conventional reel in the form of a baitcaster. Very nice for an inshore saltwater rod.

Killer deal on the Citrix 350 reel. It's $98 with left hand retrieve. It's basically the power of a small conventional reel in the form of a baitcaster. Very nice for an inshore saltwater rod.

Doesn't seem like any of these sale items are designed specifically for surf fishing, but the RTF rods are designed for inshore fishing. Okuma did recently introduce their Rockaway Surf Travel rods recently which pack up nicely into a little case for surf fishing on the go. Perfect Christmas gift idea! They also have their regular Rockaway Surf rods too. I'm sure you can find it on their site. Good luck and Merry Christmas! 🎄

Shipping for me was the same flat fee regardless of how much I bought. Got two medium action trout rod/reel combos to go with the okuma I now use. Figure I can rig them differently and not waste as much time re-rigging the same rod. Thanks OP.

Love those Okuma reels. I have a couple of their larger ones ( beach casters) and also have a fancy shimano Stella which is way more expensive. They perform almost the same after a red sauce oiling/greasing and teflon spool lip wax, and at 1/10th the price.
