I think reps got tired and now they just going to allow these latebirds to get their discounted PS5 bundle, they still making money on it...Sony makes money on the memberships, not the hardware ..also no one is going to lose their job. These corporations won't even notice the difference in price.

Wow I hopped on the app and carted a slim mw3 bundle and figured what the hell I will give it a shot! The CSR had me place the order and honored the $150 off with no push back whatsoever!! This is my lucky BF!! My total with tax and redcard was $365.54.

Calling is the only way, I got three chat agents, and none were budging. First call and I had it ordered and went to pick it up before they closed. I am gifting one to my niece and keeping the other. No reselling here ... probably could've gotten more. I actually helped some kids at target get one with my order and pick up around 8 pm. The manager price matched for them. They were so happy, made my day.

FWIW you can chat with someone directly in the app go to your profile, help center, help with order experience, and then contact in the top right corner and choose chat in app.

This is not what you want to do, chat agents are less likely to help. Calling is the way, but it's a bit late now for this deal ..
