Amazingly, a store that showed 0 stock all day today popped some offer eligible disc-only units into stock at 1AM. Maybe someone inventoried the daily shipment? Anyway, got an order in and processing for pickup in the AM. Not in a position to try call lotto ATM, so this was a nice surprise.

Naw if you didn't use the Citi card it won't work. Also you have to have every item from the bundle and a good box help. But mine was actually broke, and even the manager said that these early ones had issues. So maybe I fell into a category she recognized.
Yours isn't even broken, not sure why you think you can return. Hell the only reason I even bought the target deal was for the fact mine broke.

Say as little as possible. Have the bundle you want in your cart beforehand when you call. (Slim Spiderman in my case). Mention that you saved the offer for $349.99 and that it's not working for the item in the cart. Honestly my approach wasn't any different than before. Just luck. I felt some agents earlier were reading a script and the shift change likely helped. The offer is for a PlayStation 5 console, so just don't go into specifics with the bundle and hope for the best.
