Just placed an order just now. I used the Target Circle offer link.

Then on the bottom it showed the available item for my set store. Clicked it and it showed 1 left in stock for my store.
Added to check out and wallah, order went through. Now hopefully it's not a glitch and the order gets cancelled due to no stock.
This Target Circle offer will end at 3 AM EST, 2AM CST, 1 AM MST, 12 AM PST.

** Quite a few stores showing "only 1 left" High probability the order may get canceled during processing. That happened to an XBSX I had ordered. I waited a day and the store re-stocked and was able to choose the store to fulfil the order later.
