This is a long shot - but anyone who received the fat ps5 been successful in convincing Target to exchange for a slim spiderman bundle, and I would use proper punctuation but my question mark key is not working!

It varies by rep. Sure, some will get lucky and have been lucky. But its not guaranteed.

I would say its 5% success rate based on how so many ppl have struggled to even get 150$ deal applied to their orders after so many chats and calls.

Oh ok. You should have tried that while picking it up, but we have crossed that bridge now.

What I would suggest is, let this chaos settle down and go like Monday/Tue saying, hey I picked this up deal but can i get it swapped with X or Y since its same price? Honest discussion right.. Worse case, you still live with your big PS5 . On bright side, people have spent countless hours and didnt even get the big PS5 so walk out considering you are very lucky either way however this shapes out. All the best. :-)

I just tried calling and got the worst CSR ever. He didn't even understand what I was trying to accomplish, put me on hold 3x to check with a supervisor, then came back and kept telling me to just return my purchase to the store with the order # I gave him. I asked several times what about getting the slim spiderman PS5 for same price, and he just kept telling me to buy it at the store. What a joke.

It'll be on PC soon. There's literally no reason to buy a PS5 aside from Demon's Souls which will probably come to PC soon as well ahahaa. Also Spiderman 2 isn't worth buying an entire console for.
