Just activate new phone on tracfone.com, and say you want to use existing number. It will transfer current minutes over. Be aware you Will need to have current phone on hand to get verification number

You cannot swap sim. I just stack it on my phone. I do a more convoluted way to maximize the returns but it takes about 2+ months to maximize the benefits. Say my main line is A. I buy this new phone B. I activate B using referral from A. For max benefit, I use a disposable email account for B. A gets 3K rewards (worth 3GB data after 2 months), B gets 2.5 K rewards ( 2GB worth). Wait 2 months - redeem all the rewards, unlock the phone B. Then remove B from the disposable email account and add it to the A account. Then chat with CR to merge B to A. At the end, I get about 6 GB data thru rewards + everything else stacked up !!

Sell phone B, which is unlocked, on FB....now that is gravy !!

Have people been able to apply the new customer promos more than once per household? I think HSN and QVC have both been canceling orders using these codes when the household has used it before.

I do this a lot. I buy the flip phones from Tracfone on ebay. They are only 1200/1200/1200 but I buy them mostly for the service time. I activate the flip, keeping my number. Then when I see my balance has increased, I go into my deactivated phones and activate the phone I just deactivated, keeping my number. It takes less than 5 minutes. Of course the phone you harvested the service from won't get unlocked.
I recently unlocked a TF flip phone that was only activated for a few minutes, of course I still had to wait 60 days. I think others have reported doing this as well.

Is there a way to buy two of these now and roll one into the other and get 2 years, 3000 minuts/texts/data?

Of course, just activate the first one, either with a new number or your existing TF number if you have one you want to keep using, then activate the second one by moving that same phone number to it. The service packages combine, extending the period to 2 years and adding up the minutes, etc.

It's great that combining the two will automatically extend the plan to two years. I wasn't sure if combing the two would combine the minutes and texts to 3000 but not extend the total plan period from one year to two. Yes, I do have an existing number on a similar phone and similar plan I got from a previous deal but with TF. It has about 6 months left. How about this: Since these have one year to activate, how about just before the existing phone's one year expires I activate the first of these new phones with my existing number and then do what you said so that I'll have all this for 2.5 years instead of the 2 we just discussed?

It's only 32GB, that really sucks!

I mean it's a good price for the service, but the phone is going to be awful.

Not sure if I should get it for an extra phone.
The 3GB/32GB isn't as bad as the MediaTek processor as the limiting factor, imo. My G Play 2020 is 3/32 and it's my daily driver and perfectly serviceable.

No harm in waiting but it doesn't make a difference in the end. You could activate it all tomorrow and you'd have 2.5 yrs total, providing you're moving your current number from phone to phone. Nothing gets lost (in theory, that's why you take account screenshots before and after each jump).

Yes that's good to know. I'm just taking precautions to make sure the current phone's service doesn't get disrupted if something goes wrong. If anything goes wrong then it'll be the 2 years that will be impacted, not 2.5. But I'll take snapshots before every jump like you suggested. Thanks for your tips. Repped.

I own this model. If you're a Tracfone user you're really buying this for the heavily discounted year of service, which is always cheaper than buying month-to-month. If you want a smartphone, look at other models; this is a really basic model; buy an SD card for better storage. You'll want to buy data just to make sure it works when you're not on Wi-Fi. Because it's a Samsung, you'll probably get upgraded to Android 13; I was.

Nothing has gone wrong for me in awhile, but a few years back I had glitches in transferring service amounts, and TF fixed it no problem both times. In fact I ended up with a whole bunch of extra minutes and data. Definitely have the screenshots.

EDIT: one more thing. Buy a protective case, it's really thin and slippery to hold.

The phone is really awful but the deal is worth it for the airtime. I did this deal, bought a Walmart iPhone SE 3 and activated it on the A03 line.

Once unlocked, would it run on T-Mobile Network?

Thanks! This is exactly what I want to do. I just went through the fiasco of buying empty BYOP sims on ebay for $60 each, hopefully this will go smoothly at half the price.

I have the same question, also searched this website on Trust Pilot and seems to have really negative reviews with a score of 1.3 out of 5, seems like a great deal but still not sure if I should pull the trigger on this website
1500 for the year not per month
