Any way to find out what they charge now for basic and synth changes?

Can't comment on confirming aside from calling the store, but there's a link in small print that will confirm (on the internet) if your local store is a participant (input your zip).

As for what they charge - I went through the process of reserving a spot for an oil change and that showed me the different prices. Spoiler: the cheapest is $50.

Jiffy Lube cracked my oil pan by over tightening the bolt. I woke up the next morning to oil all over my driveway, luckily I didn't drive it. I bought an epoxy and covered the crack and drove it right to the shop. Jiffy Lube refused to pay me for the cracked oil pan, in fact they tried to make the worker pay for it, so he quit instead. I escalated this all the way to Jiffy Lube corporate, they took over a month to respond and finally agreed to pay for the oil pan to be fixed from the dealership. It took me another month to get a check from them. Will never use Jiffy Lube again, you are better off going to a local mechanic or dealership.

A while back, I visited a locally-owned repair shop for an oil change and the mechanic didn't tighten the drain plug!
