Bought this a few weeks ago and returned it immediately. It looks great on the counter, but the outside of the toaster gets crazy hot to the touch. Not just the top, but both of the metal sides were hot enough to burn your fingers if you touched them. Makes no sense and no other long slot toaster we tried got even remotely that hot.
