Was originally planning on getting a UDM SE. But now I could do a UDM Pro and grab an enterprise 8 POE for a net cost of $259 more than just the SE.
And then have 8 full POE+ ports (vs 2 on the SE) and have 2.5gb as well. 2,000sqft single floor. Will have 10gb fiber internet. Would allow me to take advantage of the 2.5gb uplink on the AP (either now, or in the future)
What would you do? Stick with SE and U6 Pros now and upgrade to 2.5gb switch and 2.5gb APs down the road?
Is it typical rack mounted hardware levels (noisy)?
I find rack mounted stuff almost always has very noisy fans and is basically configured for maximum thermal control (which makes sense in a data closet but not my home office).
Am I correct in thinking that the udm pro will act like a router, and the APs connect to it and can be managed remotely?

EDIT: I'm starting to think the TIME WASTED trying to snag BF deals is not worth the hassle since almost everything I've had on my list is sold out.
