i placed the order for the digital gift card first and typed in the code. took 5 minutes then i got the gift card and an email saying i got my promotional balance applied to my account instantly.
went to buy the physical gift card next and the $15 credit applied knocking that down to $85 along with giving another $10 promo credit

I clipped a $10 Amazon credit offer on the physical Apple gift card and it won't apply the promo code for $15 now. Be careful not to clip that $10 deal

I'm thinking it will come if you see the message, worse case, if it doesn't I'll just chat with amazon and ask for it. I also printed pdf the checkout page in case that is ever needed.

I can already forsee trying to explain that "Promotional Credit: -$15.00" in the subtotal is NOT the promised offer for this particular transaction and then having to escalate.

Screenshots have saved my bacon on numerous occasions for things like this I always screen shot offer pages, cart subtotals and customer service chats w/ agent promises in them for later lol... CMD+SHIFT+4 on the Mac to snip a rectangle off your screen baby lol.
