i placed the order for the digital gift card first and typed in the code. took 5 minutes then i got the gift card and an email saying i got my promotional balance applied to my account instantly.
went to buy the physical gift card next and the $15 credit applied knocking that down to $85 along with giving another $10 promo credit

I clipped a $10 Amazon credit offer on the physical Apple gift card and it won't apply the promo code for $15 now. Be careful not to clip that $10 deal

The promo codes intermittently not working, not receiving the bonus, and the actual GCs missing from your order history is is part of the Amazon Black Friday Gift Card buying experience.

This has happened nearly every year for the past decade when they offer this deal with any other retailer.

I think it was Apple last year that this happened to me and it took multiple chats with repts to correct it. I ended up getting a credit on my account and the bonus showed up in my e-mail 2 weeks later - but my Amazon purchase history never showed the order. You'd think after all these years whatever is going on in their system to cause this would have been found.

I can't even get help from lyft... Anyone got their number or know why their chat function isn't accessible? Gift card code still doesn't work

Update: I downloaded Lyft app from Ipad and it worked. Looks like it works for ios but not android system.

I am storing up for Apple Vision Pro as well; however, I don't have to buy all the gcs today. I have 6-8 months to continue to collect discounted Apple GCs since there will be other programs and sales. You will be ok to store up to $2000 in your Apple account plus another 8 gcs for the purchase which should be sufficient. Otherwise, the rest goes on my Apple credit card.

Placed order for $100 digital AAPL gift card. Got confirm at 1:19pm. Said, it will take 5 minutes. At 1:24pm, GC delivered as well as PROMO email.

This might be it for me. Never want to be greedy and something goes wrong, then I waste my time and energy dealing with trying to fix.

You should be careful as it is being reported that the Vision Pro will be sold in-store and it's possible they won't let you use your Apple account balance on the physical Apple Store.

dont know if only certain people got that citi offer but i added my costco citi card and it didnt work after the $15 amazon credit was already applied

Yes the Citi one was a targeted offer. So the $15 credit is pre-applied to your account like the Citi one. For some reason I thought it was a separate gift card.

The "APPLET5USA" applied at checkout before but now is invalid. I never even went through with the purchase bc the $15 Amazon promo didn't show up in the summary.

I spoke to chat who said they'd refund me the $15 after purchase. Now for whatever reason my account is locked on hold for review for up to 72 hrs bc of "unusual payment activity". I have no idea if they'll charge my card.

This is the first time this has ever happened. What BS…
