I ordered one $100 Carls Jr gift card. It shows $51.50 with $50 off and $1.50 shipping fee. Once I clicked purchase button, the total amount in the confirmation became $101.5 for a $100 gift card! There is no discount at all. and I saw the $101.5 pending transaction in my credit card account. It's my first and only purchase.

I called the gift card customer support, the representative oversea first told me that promotion starts from 11/28 so I am not eligible, that's why I was charged for full price. I told him that the black Friday promotion on the website states valid from 11/24 to 11/27. After a few minutes on hold, he told me that when i use the card i will receive at Carls Jr store, I will receive item 50% off there. wtf. I told him just cancel my order and refund me. He said he could not cancel the order, the only thing he can do is create a ticket for his management team, my order cancellation still upon management approval.

What a mess.

Awesome find. I still have old coupons from carl's and they still accept them. This is huge discount in conjunction of gift card. 2 superstar and onion rings for roughly $4.50 for me

Hardee's website is only doing 15% off. Not sure if they'll honor Carl's Jr even though it's the same company
