They can run international version using odin. It should be doable

I don't recommend T-mobile version if you plan to do advanced features like bootloader unlocking, rooting, custom ROMs, or want to use dual SIM cards. If you convert it to stock Oxygen OS only it will work fine and remove T-mobile bloat.

Then how can they list it as New. It should be open box at the least, if not used listing.

Unlocked means you can VERY QUICKLY re-image your device, which is safe and easy to do, deleting EVERYTHING off the phone and replacing it with stock Android. Trust me, the T-Mobile apps are not hard to completely and totally remove. In fact, it's actually a lot of fun putting a new image on your unlocked Android device. Different images bring different features.

This is a smoking deal. I own the Oneplus 8T and it's a fantastic phone, holding up extremely well to high-end 2023 / 24 ones.

This 10T is no exception.
