Depending on the ages of the child, KOTOR is great but it's a mature story and a lot of reading (not saying it's a bad thing, just might be a lot for younger readers).
EPISODE 1: POD RACER is a great cart racer. It's a 7.6 on Metacritic for the switch port. https://www.metacritic.com/game/s...e-i-racer/

I second this.. KOTOR I would say is for 13+ and pod racer is still fun years later. Easy to pick up for kids (I played on the N64 when I was 6!)

KOTOR is one of the greatest game series ever. Highly recommend. Turn based combat might be a bit boring for younger generations who are used to better RPG fighting mechanics, but I can't imagine the games as a whole won't be fun to them.

Kotor is great but it's very old. Mechanics wise and graphically. I love it for the nostalgia but my kids never got into that style of game.
