Good deal at Costco (if you have membership) and it is a slight "upgrade" from OP model. The deal is valid 10/25/23 through 11/27/23.
It's a good starting piano as well as portable piano for more advanced players.
The reviews that I have read are solid.

Nobody selling used on reverb.com or goodwillfinds.com to compare used prices.
But like any electronic keyboard, research the specs, find similar models above this and check prices. Sometimes, you can get more for the same price.
The pedal that comes with either of these would need to be replaced with a proper full-action pedal.
I don't need a bench.
The stand with Costco one is nice, but I can buy a sufficiently heavy duty stand for about $50.
So my math is:
420 + 50 (pedal) + 50 (stand) = 520 for this deal
or
550 + 50 (pedal) = 600 for the Costco deal.

Besides the basically unlimited Costco warranty that allows you to upgrade at any time, the new version has 128-voice polyphony vs 96, upgraded tones (different defaults on the piano — a custom Costco set, and upgraded sounds, e.g. amazing new Pad sounds — try dual with E.Piano for some Zelda lullaby or DK underwater theme!), works with the new Roland mobile app that is more modern and functional, but also allows you as the old app to have many more additional sounds (like FP-30) and use the piano in 4 modes including split etc., 1 year of Roland Cloud, and a new music rest (the flat and slippery bottom of the old one was a disaster, I used clips on it to hold books and sheet music). This is about it in terms of the difference with FP-10 v1.

Saw a woman returning a meat processor, probably from the 80s and Costco accepted the return.
I don't think there's anything else that really approaches this for $420. I was about to buy the Casio CDP-S110 for $400 before I saw this deal. The Casio is fine for the price, but from everything I've seen, the Roland has superior key action for a more realistic piano feel. I could also hear a marked difference watching videos of the two pianos. While the Casio sometimes sounds artificial, the Roland just sounds like a really nice acoustic piano.
