Not sure I understand, why wouldn't you want to get a 40 or 50amp charger. What does this do that those don't?

Wifi control to turn it off and on, energy monitoring, time of use utility scheduling, etc.

If you're installing on a 40A circuit you may not opt to spend the extra money on the higher current model.

EDIT: to clarify I'm referring to the higher output Juicebox as the alternative
