I own a bar with 15 TVs, and have one of these, it compares well with others in its class and this is a really good deal. I also have a couple of the higher end TCL and Hisense models. I don't know if things have changed in the last couple years, but I have had an after the return window warranty issue on both a TCL and a Sony. With TCL, once they made the determination the TV had a bad panel, they did send a shipping label and paid for return shipping, but I had to package it and deal with the shipper to have it picked up. The bad part is they had no advanced replacement policy, I had to wait for them to receive it until they shipped out a factory refurbished unit. While the TV they sent back looked just as a new one and I've had no problem since, the whole process took a month. When I had a similar issue with Sony, they also paid return shipping on a 85" TV and did an advanced replacement and made arrangements that allowed me to pick up a brand new one at Best Buy where I bought it. That whole process took only 3 days. Sony also gave me the option of shipping one out to me, but I didn't want to wait for the 7 to 12 days that freight shipping would have taken. So unless things have changed, if you have problems down the road under warranty, I think Sony might be better to deal with than TCL. Not sure about Hisense because I've never had a warranty issue with them, but my one and only experience with Sony warranty support was a good one.

Fyi, if you have Amex platinum card, they cover Walmart+ subscription

Also extended warranty on purchases, beyond manufacturer warranty (worst case)

Isn't this the same one that went on sale a few weeks ago for $998? Would they refund $100?

I don't see it sold out. If you did the trial you won't have early access and have to wait or pay for the regular subscription.

Tried chat and no go on price adjustment. Was told to return previous TV and buy new today?

It's not sold out.

To me it looks like the reason they are this low is they had an insane amount of inventory. I'm surprised it's still available tbh

can somebody tell me if it is better than this LG QNED 75 inch class 80 4K?

I just got it for 1100 and it's not going to be delivered until tuesday so I could cancel and get this and save 250$

Tempted to buy a new one and return the old one. I haven't opened it yet. It's still sitting in the garage but don't wanna return it as it's hassle, heavy and wont fit my SUV.

If you have walmart+ I was told they would pick it up. Chat with then and see if you can add walmart+ retroactively for pickup. I do not have w+.

Buy in store then immediately return the new as the old...they don't track them by serial number or anything, it's the same TV to them

IIRC LG doesn't put any real effort into the QNED (aka QLED) line because they're all in on OLED.

Sony, Samsung, Hisense & TCL should all beat LG when it comes to QLED

Looks like the x90k is a better TV.

Edit: I compared the u7 not u7k. my mistake. u7k is rated better.

Isn't there always going to be a "better tv"?
